I have two discs....and I am not scared to use them. 
Now that's what I'm talking about, looks great! I think I need one of them soon.
Do you ever wish they had a ring? Trying to decide what to get.....
Nice ones, always wanted one of those cast iron Woks

I love cooking on these things...these pics were just after iI welded them up ....they are a lot more seasoned now.......A lot of people think they are like woks....wrong....these plow discs are many times heavier,come in a multitude of sizes and they are not as concave.....this way way once its hot ...your fully cooked stuff can be slide to the sides to keep warm without sliding back into the center....hard to do that in a wok.
