I really loved the Pink Label! If I remember (was awhile ago), I had one difficult of a time trying to pick a favorite between the Pink and Black Label - I kept going back and forth, but just couldn't pick! Lol! Such impeccable flavor profiles with excellent blending of ingredients... nothing stands out or overpowers/diminishes the others. Every time you try it, it seems a new flavor nuance comes through- lots of layers with Lucky Dog!
 
Can't go wrong with any Lucky Dog sauces (I've tried - and loved - all but the Purple & Brown Labels). Pink Label certainly get my thumbs up!!

Pink Label was iloveitspicy.com's product of the year (shared with Crazy Mary Bloody Mary mix, from Crazy Good Hot Sauce). I initially designed it for carnitas & pulled pork when I was a hobby sauce-maker, and while prototyping I realized that if I kept a light hand with the fruit, it would be a much more versatile sauce. 
 
Now Farm Burger in both Berkeley & San Anselmo CA use it as their house hot sauce - it's epic on a bacon cheeseburger or grilled chicken sammy - you get much more applewood and habanero and the fruit becomes almost nonexistent. On pork the pears really shine. 
 
Really glad to see Pink Label get so much love lately - Pink & Purple were my two worst-selling sauces the 1st year they were out. Now they're two of my best sellers!
