So I went on another buying spree recently, adding to my collections. On the recommendation of some members I ordered from www.smokecanyon.com and got the Smoke Roasted Jalapeno Sauce.
I ordered I think on Tuesday evening and the package showed up today. So fast turn around time. Always love to see that.
Anyways I opened the bottled and on initial smell it has a great smokey jalapeno flavor with a bit of tangy lemon-ey garlic goodness. It smells absolutely amazing and immediately got my mouth watering.
I was using corn tortilla chips for tasting just for some substance.
First taste literally put a smile to my face. The smokeyness hit me first followed by a sweet jalapeno flavor. The tang of the lemons comes through, with some garlic and different spice flavors and it all just blends together.
Heat level for me is 1.5/10. it gets a few tingles
WOW is all I have to say. It was good enough that I ate half the bottle with the chips. I am gonna need to order more.
I would recommend this sauce to everyone, even my non-pepper head friends. Its a fantastic break from all the super hot sauces I have been eating recently. Definitley a "use on literally everything" sauce.
