Problem with my chilli pepper, need identification help.

All of the plants are treated with the same amount of nutrition, so nutritional deficiency is highly unlikely as the case is isolated in only several plants out of the many plants (60+) that I have. I think it's either a pest or virus problem but I am not sure which. The medium in which they're planted in is a perlite/vermiculite mix at 60/40, so drainage is not an issue.

mosaic virus perhaps?

That's what I suspect too but in both of the bags (each bag have at least 2 plants but not more than 4 plants), only 1 of them is infected with the disease but the other one that's sharing the bag with the diseased one doesn't have the symptoms. I am not sure what I should be doing and how I should respond. I am really hoping that it's actually just a pest damage but the symptoms are overwhelmingly viral lol. By the way, I'm living in a suburban area where there's relatively few plants around my place and no forests nearby, so I'm not sure where the virus even originated from.

It could have been on or in some of the seeds you planted?

If that. I am not so sure. when did it 1st appear and what did you do just prior up to a week before. I have encountered the same thing when just beginning to feed the NOTG. Its like shock of getting everything you need all at once for the first time. It soon clears up and I get the rich green pigment in the following foliage. the discolored or not damaged will never clear up.

Do you smoke? You can transfer mosaic from a pack of cigarettes.

I don't smoke but I have relatives who visit my house who smokes but he doesn't even go anywhere near my plants. He smokes near the main gate as opposed to where the plants are planted.

I didn't do anything special before this, it just seem to happen gradually but surely. The symptoms demonstrated doesn't look like anything that I have seen listed as nutritional deficiencies.

well then, if you didn't do anything prior to symptoms , that rules out Newton.

If it is a viral infection, I wouldn't be able to see it unless I have access to electron microscope or some bloody powerful compound microscope. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
