Naga Morich Sauce

New batch :) :) :)
 
 
100gr dried Naga Morich
11oz dried red Bell Peppers
10lb Roma Tomatoes (about)
1L ACV
1/2 cup seasoning
2 tsp pink salt
2 L tbsp Smoked Paprika
2 L tbsp Turmeric
2 cups Thai basil
 
(4L bucket)
 
8oz dried Turkish Apricots to be added later when rehydrated with sauce.
 
Blitz tomatoes and basil and spices, pour into bucket with ACV. place last few tomatoes in blender and add dried peppers and blits into paste, then add to rest of bucket and stir. Put in fridge to mature.

Looks and sounds awesome!!   Thanks for sharing you recipe!  So have you tried it yet?   If so what's the heat level like?

Havent added the Apricots yet, soaking right now. The taste this morning is a very nice body and heat that lingers, so its air sucking hot but does not hinder the flavour. Tomato the main flavour that comes first then a touch of basil and some saltiness.
