I would definitely still drink some of that Stone beer, though.
My last brewery tour T Wellington, the were showing off their new centrifuge separator. Not only does it remove solids but it retains more hop oils and they get more beer per run. Apparently a lot of smaller breweries are moving to it over traditional DE filters and it is improving taste as well as saving them money.
 
These are dangerous 9.1s, reminiscent of Founders All Day IPA with a sappier/pinier profile and sweeter taste. Nose is piney, taste is hoppy and honey sweet but not overpowering, aftertaste is a nice lingering bitterness with a bit of the dank. You could crush a sixer in no time.
