I agree, similar, thick mouthfeel, and a smooth but significant roastiness ...

Regular TF is one of my favs, and it doesn't fade in enjoyment for me after 6-7 yrs ...

I think a lot of others are great, arguably better in a standalone sense - but I wouldn't those every other stout, and drinking an TF every other dark beer for me is Doing It Right, if possible ...
