Danielle is crazy about the onion bhaji from our place, so it would be a good project to try some cauli and onion as the maiden voyage, I agree ...
 
In both cases, the Paragon induction burner & the Cinder, I'm waiting for the accessories to ship ... the temp-mat for the former, and the ceramic deep-fry plate for the latter ...
 
I can probe the oil in the Paragon in a tall-wall pot though, which is probably smart regardless mess-wise ....
 
I have cauliflower here, as it turns out ...
 
I'll have to see what I have and don't have later, but maybe it's possible, LOL ...

Talk about torture. Daytrip down to Niagara and quick jump across to NF,NY. Too much hassle to bring alcohol back across on daytrip , but this place is like heaven for craft beer nerds.

Upside I grabbed some Cabot trail habenero, and deer something or other rattlesnake cheese there. Can't decide which has more heat but the flavour of the rattlesnake is awesome.
