Never realized my local grocery store did a "mix and match" six pack option before. I probably walked by it 1,000 times on my way to grab a case of Beck's, haha. They had a few new ones I wanna try

I just got home from a brutal day of work, but thanfully I had this refreshing beverage to quench my thirst. It's been hot AF here lately, and my garden is loving it...even the rocotos.

Plants looking good. I planted a bunch of stuff you sent me and most is doing pretty good so far. I may have mixed one up...do you have a pic of Aji Limo?

Sure thing. I just snapped this pic, I'm out pruning back my plants a bit, and picking tomatoes...and drinking HBs.

They ripen from green to purple, purple to yellow, yellow to orange, then finally orange to red.

HB sour saison. I only bottled this beer last Thursday, so no chance in hell that it is carbed, but it smelled so good during bottling, I had to crack one open. It has a bit of a fizzle, but is under carbed, as expected only 6 days in the bottle. Holy hell, it is good, though! So many flavors and aromas coming from so many angles. Once carbed, I think it will be a personal masterpiece.

One of the pick your own 6 pack deal beers. The only one there, buried waaaaaaaaaay in the back, label all tattered, haha

Not bad, but tastes like a lager more than an IPA

Glass pour? I'm always a fan of seeing the look of a beer in a glass. Aesthetics can be a big part of a good beer, IMHO. Plus, since our only sensory perception to share online for beer pics is visual, seeing the beer in a glass is clutch.

Very smooth, but not enough hoppy "bite" for my liking. Dark and hazy though
Sorry, no fancy schmancy glasses here, and I tried finding something white to put in the background

Yeah, looks normal, actually. Get ready for a rainbow of colors during ripening, but dark red will be the final version. Absolutely amazing peppers with any fish dish. It is the go to pepper in Peru for ceviche, and most of their other fish dishes, especially around Lima.

Pass on this one. Tastes like a "flat" IPA. Doesn't even say the % anywhere on the bottle.
