beer Being Crafty

This beer is sooooo damn good, but the floaties kill a lot of the experience. As with all of The Alchemists beers, this is recommended to only be consumed from the can. I honestly feel like the only reason for that is due to the excessive floaties all of their beers have. That's why they print "drink from the can!" on every perceivable angle of the can, IMHO.

Regardless of the floaties, this beer has an amazing citrus aroma, I mean seriously amazing. The flavor is absolutely delicious, with an extremely fruity/citrusy finish.

This is my personal masterpiece. Without a doubt the best beer I have ever brewed. I would put this up against almost any commercial sour I have ever tasted.
That's awesome, man! That's gotta be a great feeling. Will you be able to replicate it? (Not sure how brewing compares to sauce making) Best of luck if you can

Thanks, it is a good feeling, for sure!

I took super detailed notes on the whole process, but it's hard/impossible to predict how the slurry of yeasts and bacterias will eat through the wort and fruit I give it.

It's a really cool brewery and I'm glad to have been there but I hate floaties :) Focal is a great beer but i;ve had some even chunkier then that, not a pleasure to drink when it's that chunky.

I had one of these a few weeks ago at a picnic. I thought I didn't mind it, but I was pretty cocked. Now that I'm drinking one sober, my God are they awful.

Boss and 1010: when you check your mailboxes tomorrow, there will be a package in there. Inside each of those packages is one of these disgusting, pathetic attempts at a fruity NEIPA.

Your instructions are as follows: Remove said can from said package. Grab the can (laces out), cock your arm back, and haul off and chuck those cans at the nearest brick wall you can find. Give the empty, crushed can on the ground the middle finger. Erase the fact that they came from me out of your memory forever. Next: Crack a good beer from your favorite brewery and carry on. That is all.

(Sorry to ruin the surprise, but I really had to warn you ;) )
