I would highly recommend pouring those Aslin beers in a glass. It really opens up the hop aromas trapped in that can. It's very impressive what they are able to accomplish with just hops, yeast, grain, and water.MikeUSMC said:
Also, don't sleep on that HB Russian Imperial Ghost Stout! It packs a punch at 12% ABV, and has a great well rounded RIS flavor/mouthfeel, with a nice little kick from the peach bhuts at the end.
I haven't had enything from Elysian, but I've enjoyed every IPA I've had from Bear Republic, including that one.
TGCM, I wasn't gonna "waste" the beers you sent me today because I feel like I've got a fever coming on, so in between NyQuil doses, I'm getting my vitamin C from these, lol. I'll have yours when I'm feeling better and can really appreciate them, bud

I usually drink whiskey/scotch if I get sick, but I'm sure a few DIPAs could do the trick!
