This OH Forever Simcoe is the shit! Had it before too. But it's so juicy and clean because of the single hop, it's not loaded with "notes" of flavors. Just crisp, clean, and juicy! Think Tropicana vs. Sunny D lol. Some beers get a little busy.

One of my favorite ipas is a mostly simcoe brew.

I'm not a huge fan of simcoe, but OH Forever Simcoe is a damn good beer.

For single hop I like it better than citra. Citra though is the bomb when balanced.
