I'm about to whip up some spaghetti for the Mrs. I cracked one of these cans of super hoppy DIPA, which is hopped with Citra, and unfortunately Simcoe and El Dorado. This is a great base beer, but I'm not a fan of Simcoe or El Dorado. The Citra is dominated by the other two hops, unfortunately.

Still my favorite DIPA. The past 5 or 6 batches have been super consistently awesome. I wish they released it more often than every 6 weeks or so. One of my favorite parts about MoO, is that even after 3-6 weeks in the can, the beer is still amazing.

Damn, that looks like an epic beer fest. Aslin, The Veil, and The Answer representing for the VA gente! I really wish I could go.
