Beer and yellow curry powder also works great. Just throw some chicken in a ziploc.

Pretty much. Monkish is pretty damn good though. Half of the local breweries I went in had a NEIPA and everyone one of them I was like nope.

That would definitely be a worthwhile pit stop. They seem to pretty much only brew IPAs.

Florets is an IPA where we have reimagined the recipe of our Broccoli DIPA. Same hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and Cascade) but in much different ratios and even more crushable.
