I'm giving some of my seedlings a bit of a trimming. I'm not going to be able to grow as many different varieties this year, due to the move, so I'm focusing on what I cook and make sauces with the most. 15 or so rocoto plants, 10 peach bhuts, 8 aji limo, and 2 P. Dreadies.

"BOY O BOY" is right!
This is only the 3rd sour I've ever had. Didn't like the first 2 (from Evil Twin) but I could SMASH these all day long! I freakin' love it. Collective Arts hit another homerun with this beer too (I still have to try their Mash up the Jam)

Oh, nice! Getting a palate for sours right before Summer hits. Sours are some of the best lawn mower beers, IMHO.

You guys got the best pics, I suspect some photographers in the bunch.... 4 beers good and I'm lit, local brewery and I scored one of the few six-packs remaining from an "annual limited brew"....

Had to give this a try, their Dipa version of this, Double Clutch is fantastic. This APA version is good not great.
