TRPV1 activators

This is a list of TRPV1 activators and their corresponding ingredient sources. As you know capsaicin is an alkaloid that activates these nociceptors but it isn't the only one.
 
capsaicin: chillies
gingerol: ginger root
piperine: black pepper and long pepper
eugenol: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, basil, star anise, lemon balm, dill (weed and seed), vanilla, bay leaf, celery
allicin: onions, chives, garlic
 
Each chemical provides an identical sensation. This allows the possibility of adding ingredients which introduce flavour but also aid in the same sensation.

I have been experimenting with several recipes which consist solely of a selection of the above ingredients, unfortunately I am not a good cook.
