Need PC computer help - Windows 10 upgrade

I have been using an old Dell computer with Windows XP.
Getting a new Dell with Windows 10.
Been using Outlook 2007
Will probably upgrade to new Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365
 
Question:  
Can I and how do I move all my old emails from my old computer to the new computer system?

Locate the data file, PST and you will want to move that. You need to make sure the old and new versions are compatible.

most emails should be stored on the server so when you login to new outlook they will be there.
but yeah just do what joyner says if you're worried.

This is true if you do not change the settings on your POP or IMAP email host like Yahoo.

I havent seen MS office in a long time, people I know switched to LibreOffice, Free.

How much do you use your computer, as in do allot of processing? allot of outlets build custom setups and are better quality then the stock store versions. Last machine I built cost me $600 and was the same as a $1300 one in the store.
"Windows 10" is another issue.
