Mango fatalli-7pot sauce

I just made a sauce id like to share with you guys.
 
Here the recipe
 
3 yellow 7pot
3 yellow fatalli
1 yellow bell pepper
2 mango
1 cup apple cider vinegar
half an onion
1 teaspoon of honey
 
 
First I charred the peppers and onion on the bbq
Then I cook all of the remaining ingredients on the stove
 
 
And hop in the blender!

The color is insane and for now it taste sweet for the first second and then I get a lot of heat. I can taste a little bit the mango and it got a little smokey flavor.
 
Ill keep you updated on the taste in 2 weeks.
 
I didn't had enough fatalii this year :s

MANGO FIRE POT
 
2 yellow bell peppers
7 yellow 7pot
2 aji cito
4 trinidad perfume
3 yellow fatalii
4 mango
2 tbsp honey
2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 onion

1: Grill all the solid ingredients until charred

2: cook everything together in a deep pan and let it simmer a bit

3:Blend everything and put back in the pan if not the right thickness

4: bottle!

I took an old ketchup bottle for my personal use. I really like to squeeze hot sauce on my dishes :)

is this just insane hot or does the whole Bell pepper tame it a bit? I've got some peach pods i'd like to try this with but damn 6 of em I don't know!

Well this is around 3-5/10 depending on your heat tolerance.,
Mango honey and bell pepper help a lot to tame the heat.
 

Thanks man, good deal. Sounds right up my alley. You think this lasts a few weeks in the fridge or would it be something you kinda need to consume quickly.
Thinking of making some and chucking it in the fridge at work for my lunches.
