Confirm Jamaican mushroom

After reading a few other threads, I am now almost sure this is not a scotch bonnet and leaning toward Jamaican mushroom.  The seed I bought was sold as scotch bonnet, germinates near 100%, and are resilient as can be.  The peppers taste great so I’m not that bothered, but I want to confirm what it is since I lack hands on experience. It does have the single white flower per node, but has much smaller leaves than any other pepper I have grown.  The peppers really vary in shape(bonnet like, bell shape, flying saucer, habanero like), all from the same plant.  Can anyone confirm this a Jamaican mushroom and/or have smaller leaves like this one?

Being that there is only one flower per node, it's not a Scotch Bonnet or any other Chinense...as you may know. When I grew Jamaican Yellow Mushrooms, they looked more like the squashed pepper on the right in the last pic or the ripe one hanging on the plant. I had several different phenos also, but none as elongated as some of yours look. But if you hold the pods upside down, they DO resemble mushrooms.

EDIT: I found a pic from a couple years ago that has Jamaican Yellow Mushrooms in it. They are on the top right.

The size and shape of the stem and calyx on those are identical.  Thanks for the helpful input!

You're very welcome! Good job on correctly identifying them initially.
