Reapers, Finally!

Well, took 3 seasons and alot of sources, but I finally seem to have the reapers I wanted. The pepper that made me want to grow hot peppers, which lead me to a world of habs, 7 pots, bhuts, Moruga. Over rated pepper? Maybe. But it brought me to growing hot peppers and I am no quitter.

I topped most of mine so their green. Very slow growers. Might have 70 per plant now. Glad you got yours going well. The moruga scorpion got me to start growing by Jim Duffy. He sold plants on eBay. The rest is history.

House rule, if we grow it we eat it lol
Yikes, if I made anyone eat a reaper in my house I'd have to lock the door, put the dog on guard duty and sleep with one eye open for fear of my health

My friends and family all stop liking peppers after the "hot varieties" like fish, yellow bedder, super chili hybrid. Beyond that I'm on my own :woohoo: More for me ;)

We have become huge fans of Red Savina Habanero in this house. We will try anything, once lol. The little woman is ok with most. Brain strain was pretty hot, but she managed.

So far of the dozens of varieties we have grown and tried she has 2 she refuses to try again. Brown Moruga. She said it messed her stomach up. And Ot Heim. She is wrong, but insists it's the hottest pepper she has ever tried. It's hot, but I think it's the way it hits that makes her think "hottest" .. like a gusher. Ya bite it and it explodes. Burns around your lips like few others lol. My daughter on the other hand is down to try whatever, long as she has some milk handy
