hot-sauce Trip to NH - new sauces

Hi,

I found 4 sauces at a place close to where I stayed in NH. 3 are made in NH, 1 in VT. I've only tasted the first one, but will shortly try the others and update. (I read up on posting images, but haven't gotten around to setting up an account with Flickr or something similar.)

At first, I wanted it to be hotter, a little less sweet, but after a bunch of tries, I appreciated it a lot more. I'm a huge garlic guy, so I was waiting for a garlic punch (even in things that clearly don't have garlic), but it's a good sauce to dump on a lot of things - eggs and pizza while on vacation, deli sandwiches - to make it more lively.
