Anybody have a good strawberry hot sauce recipe?

Looking for a versatile strawberry hot sauce recipe that I could use any hot pepper in. I'd like to make multiple levels of the same sauce (habanero, ghost pepper, scotch bonnet, etc.). Thanks in advance!

I made a Really Tasty SBHS  a few years back.     Kinda winged it along using Home grown frozen SB, Red Savina peps,  Tom Ketchup, Apple cider vinegar, Honey and what made it thick with body but still pour-able was Green apples.

Puree and Cook the SB, Ketchup and Peps.  Then slowly add Vinegar and Honey to taste.
Puree the green apple and add till desired consistency.
My second attempt at this was an addition of Smokey BBQ sauce, this addition helped to round out the sauce so it wasn't just sweet with heat!  If you do this you can omit or cut back on the Honey.
The sauce will thicken up after cool down so you may wanna go easy on the apples. Bottle, cap and refrigerate.

I botched the first go at this and nailed the second round so you may want to tweak around with your likes and taste, well worth it in the end product.   Friends of mine that are not into heat at all really liked this.

This was a killer dessert like hot sauce that didnt last long in this house!

This is an insanely good strawberry hot sauce: http://www.samandoliver.com/mindflay/

So there's a good example for you. And buy some if you get a chance (not telling you to copy it, but love to mention this sauce and figure you can use it as inspiration).

check out PEPPERFOOL,  lots of great base recipes, then substitute strawberries for a fruit,  and any nice sweet hot red chile...

Red habs are great with strawberries, some of the hotter chiles have a little sharper flavor (like some of the t-scorps).

Have Fun!
