Wanted to do this for a long while now.

2 cups Orange juice

2 whole rinds cut up

1/2 cup Lemon juice

2oz dried Mango

1 Vanilla bean

4 Peach Habaneros

1 cup honey

2.5tbsp no-low sugar Ball Pectin

1/2 tsp pink salt

1/2 cup water

(I would have added some cloves if I had of remembered)

Pour juice in blitzer, let Mango's hydrate for 30min (slices)

Cut up vanilla bean in small pieces so blender does not have to work at it.

Add rest.

After Blitzing pour in pot (rice cooker) cooked for 5 min, simmer 30min.

Jar

Licking the spoon it was a nice Orange Vanilla flavor, the Vanilla dominated, and the heat was just nice and spicy like a Jalapeno.

Awesome !!!

Very mellow with light orange then vanilla and a woosh of heat that gently washes over your mouth. Heat level of a Jalapeno, maybe more. (Toasted Ginger bread in a pan)
