Need help with some runts

These poor bastards are throwing me for a loop. Just added some ferts to see if it helps. Doesn't seem to have any effect one way or the other.
 
Yellowing leaves from the base up. Some brown spots. I've removed some of the leaves but it seems to continue to spread/effect other leaves. starting to look a little spindly.
 
We did get a ton of rain but weather has been much more mellow the past week and added some bone meal to the whole mix 2 weeks ago. All the other rows look great for the most part too. Also these are cayennes

i had something similar happen to almost all of my jalapenos. We have had a wet spring, the rainiest July on record, and so far August has been that way too. I pulled mine as it seemed to be spreading so i assumed fungal or something similar. They had the same brown spots and was losing leaves. What type of peppers are these in your picture?

This row is cayenne. Jalapenos behind.
 
The more I read on this the more it sounds like bacterial leaf spot.... I think im gonna hold off on watering, trim off the affected leaves, and hope it doesn't rain
 
any other thoughts? Anyone think fungal or bacteria spray is needed? I'd hate to pull em
 
Got some tropical weather coming... Can't see your pics, but if it were me, I'd do one of 2 things:

1) pull them up, and repot them - as if you were overwintering
2) it's a jalapeno - wait for the weather to pass, and buy new plants. You've got time.

I'm supposed to be headed to southern Florida (near Tampa) at the end of this weekend how bad are they saying it might be?

Yea as things dry up a bit it seems to be perking up. I think it was just all the water. Not going to water them at all for a bit. Should be fine.

The storm is still a ways out and they have no idea from what i understand what side of FL itll even be on. Time will tell. Could be LA to east coast

Yeah i have been keeping an eye on it the last few days, seems like they have been moving towards south florida but time will tell i guess.

i think that is what i'm going to do with some others that are showing some signs similar to my jalapenos did.
