seeds My seedlings are getting sunburned?

So these seedlings have been growing indoors for almost a week now (after they sprouted) and yesterday I placed them outside for 5 hours or so and they were fine, today I left them outside for only a couple hours until I noticed that some of the leaves look like they are shrinking and have yellow spots. Could this be because of the sun?

Those seem way too small for outdoors imho, wait for 3 sets of true leaves first.

So I can't get them used to the sun yet?

I don't think that's the problem since I've done it before. But they seem stunted when grown in full sun from seedling to me

And is there anything I can do with these? Can they recover? Or are they dead?
