Help with Aji Habanero sauce??

Hello,
 
I have some Aji Habaneros that are growing well and will be ready soon... So I'd like to make a sauce with my harvest....
 
Ideally a more fruit\citrus rather than vinegar-based sauce... Can anyone give me pointers to some recipes please??
 
Either that, or some other Aji\Baccatum recipes that I can substitute the Chillies..

For me, pineapple and mango go exceptionally well with some peppers. Frozen pineapple juice concentrate works too but add it in small amounts at a time. Taste it before adding more. It can get very sweet fast.
 
If you have enough to make a small test batch, make one that is very simple first. Taste it and see what you think it needs.
 
I finally made the sauce... and good it is too!
