What are these tiny dark dots on my pepper plants?

I have started to see these tiny dots on the stem and on the leaf stems, rarely out on the leaves. I'm not sure if this is normal or some kind of disease. Anyone knows?

I'm still clueless what this is. Here comes two more pictures that give a closer look.





The camera gives a much better view than what I can see with my naked eye. Looking at the pictures I say they look a bit like moles (the skin kind, not the animal), but as far as I know plants don't get moles. The size of them is of course much smaller than a human mole.
