fermenting Seed removal pre ferment

How do you all remove seeds before a ferment? In the past I just blend my peppers to creat the mash and then strain the sauce post fermentation to remove seeds and skins. However, I killed two cheap blenders last year and have upgraded to a 1500 ninja and I afraid I will pulverize the seeds if I blend before removing all the seeds.
 
I use a ninja for sauce making. I also run all of my sauces through a food mill. It may pulverize some, but there are a ton of whole seeds that remain in the food mill. I love the ninja for sauce making.
