Philadelphia Area - where to buying seedlings?

Is there currently anywhere in the Philadelphia area to purchase super hot seedlings? I'm not aware of any place nearby (within 30-40 mins of downtown) and I am trying to gauge the level interest in this. I typically grow about 100+ plants each year and start them indoors. I have plenty of space indoors to set up a space to grow 500 or more - I'd just need some more lights, which would be the biggest expense.
 
Any Philadelphia area pepperheads interested in a source for seedlings? Would love to know the customers are there before growing a bunch of seedlings.
