vendor D3monics Peppers

Not sure if this would be the right spot feel free to move it if not.

Looking for any constructive feedback from members that have ordered boxes of pods or seeds from me in the recent past.

Did boxes arrive ok, no damage, ripped open. pods falling out ect. I've been taping corners and seams as i've seen a few boxes arrive to my house with pods hanging out of them so figured it may be a common trend.

Where pods satisfactory.? Where you getting moldy, mushy, sad looking pods or are they arriving in fresh usable condition?

any other comments, suggestions, criticism or praise is appreciated.

If I sent you seeds, did they arrive in good condition or did they get crushed in the mail?

I've sent lots of orders and never hear anything back in most cases so just want to make sure i'm doing a good job and not leaving people unhappy.

Every time you've sent pods they've been in excellent condition D3. Other than the broken seeds that one time a couple years ago which was due %100 to mailman dickheadedness.

Your packaging and pod quality are second to none.

Whether gifted or purchased, I don't think I have ever not contacted the sender with box condition and a thx after receiving. Not doing that is just bad manners as far as I'm concerned.

Unless of course you order boxes from Dale

That first incident with the seeds is what prompted me to change the way I mailed them. If small amounts I use holiday cards with a little bubble wrap in between.Seed packets taped inside Keeps shipping down to one stamp, they arrive in good condition and don't get stopped by customs.

These ones just made it to kiwi land.

The postman dropped off your 2 packages here sat.D3. No damage at all. The pods all look real good. I am more than happy on the quality and quantity! I am going to can a batch of Annie's  salsa tomorrow swapping out the peppers with a mixture of your Painapple and the pineapple to hopefully get the heat level right. Saving seeds and looking foreward to growing out some of your crosses in the spring. Thanks again

I received a box from D3monic the other day-- Saturday, but late in the day.  Everything was 100% awesome; the box was entirely full without any squishing, all the pods looked great and had that super-fresh crispness that we like to see in our peppers.  No mush, no squoosh.  I'm kinda new at this mail-order fresh pods thing (I get a lot of dry/smoked pods by mail, but that's a whole different ballgame) but of the small number of boxes i've received from various sources thus far, D3's were as good as the best, and superior to some others.  Plus, he was quite accommodating as far as customizing a box for me, which i suspect can be tough in October.

Thanks!
