Thanks for posting the images for me, it should be more likely that someone knows what this could be :) I have been browsing the internet trying to find something like this but no luck so far. 
 
That is one possability that I have concidered. Butt all the peppers from that plant so far (well, all three of them) are like this. It also looks like the flowers on the Bishops Crown are partly colored but I cant remember any colors from this plant. I dont have this plant though so I could be mistaken about that :)

+1...... While there are a few variations in pod shape, >Click Here<, I don't see how this pod can be called a BC?

This is possible if you mean "undeveloped", sometimes happens to the first few pods on plant.... Maybe OP has more pods on plant that are different?
