Yes that is the picture I am trying to put as a profile pic. I have to buy a 35 dollar membership to post a picture ?

No, it probably just needs to be resized smaller first to be your profile pic.
 
And I posted 2 examples of how to post pics for free using the img tags or copy/paste. :)
 
Testing my phone.this is an upload test I can confirm was not uploaded.with my landline.
