It was known as Jamaican Red & had the look of a SB7J at F3 .
The first time growing them was after my terrable grow of a not Caribbean Red Habanero .
I had over wintered some of those Habanero plants but decided to scrap them an started clean.
I then found these seeds at the local store an grew them out at sometime I discovered THP an started my lurking.
I came to think these was mushroom peppers .
Some had a Habanero look to them at the end of the first year but I thought nothing of it.
The next years they was ether crossed or was in the process of mutating it seemed the seed stock was unstable & shocked it up to experience.
The last ones I grew had increased there heat as they had been doing in this odd process.
I gave some to a pastor chillihead friend who has had supers etc but this one blew him away.
My mom grew some last year the mutation or cross has stabilised.
Some came up this year an just like last year some Habanero or bonnet pheno an somewhat gnarly.
I have seeds now form lake Valley that I got form that same store.
They have done away with that pepper an have a new one & have taken the red off now it's just Jamaican Hot but the retared extra early 70 day thing remains it's 90 days or more
I will plant a few of these as they look like a cool & good pepper here's a pic of the packages
