overwintering Another overwinter question

So, I followed the typical procedure but the only place that gets decent light and is easily heated is around my computer/growlight. That means they are under/close to a t5 and kept at 70 F.

This is pretty good normally but I'm not sure if this would mess with the plant in a negative way since it's not really ideal conditions to promote dormancy if I understand correctly?

Does this mean I'll need to water it more than the as advertised once a week or so?
