Are you cutting back the grow in 2017 or expanding?

I am trying to cut back but grow more of the few I will eventually settale on.
At the moment I have Trinidad Red Scotch Bonnet & Justin White Strain of Moa Yellow
I may just keep it like that with two tomato varieties have not decided yet.
I just really don't have the space an not a lot of chilliheads around here
Brazilian Starfish will be grown at moms she loves them .

I grew about 15 plants in 5 gal grow bags this year in my first season. I have a "must grow list" of about 25 plants for next year and there are plenty more I would like to grow... Space will be the deciding factor.

Both cutting back and expanding. The business end of things is expanding, but that means less time for my personal fun projects. Kind of sucks, but somebody in the household has gotta make them doughnuts.

this will be my first time growing hots. i am working on filling in a new 4x8 raised bed this last week, and got my eye out on more 5 gal buckets....so i will say YES SIR!

This is exactly what happens to me every year. By the end of the season i see how much peppers i have that I just have no use for. Then i start selecting seeds for next season and just get so hyped and excited that i expend anyways...

I grew far less supers this year and went heavy on hab level to red savina, no regrets.

I aim to grow my favs (mostly bhuts/nagas) in bulk quantity and do a better selection of the offsprings in the next season, then a brutal cut back is due.
I'm trying to convince myself that collecting dozens varieties that you'll never grow is part of the game

John that what I am going for I've expanded the List then cut it back again it's been a tug of war
I know friends have missed my Facebook post this season but that just fuels the addiction lol

I am expanding, but I cut back on my expansion already... otherwise it was too mindboggleing.

I am expanding... Containers for peppers and future seed stock as I am just getting into the hobby, then concentrate on what I like best and go from there.
Sauces, salsas, and pickling is my mission.

Tomatoes..Expanding. 12-15 vs my usual 8-10

Cutting back this year. I'll be growing MOA's, JHC, Datil, Fatali, Red Savina, Aji varieties, Jalapeno's, 1-2 superhots and some rocoto's. Going to try air pruning next year with grow bags and my existing 5 gal buckets cutting holes in them. I should also have a permanent greenhouse by next summer a 6x15.

I have the space but my wife doesn't like the jungle look in the back yard from all the pepper plants all over the place. So I'll be growing most of my peppers along the perimeter fence line.

Expanding to try new varieties and cutting back on long beans. Also cutting back on cukes and replacing with Burr Gherkins. Aji varieties will be the largest increase. Replacing habs with scotch bonnets. Also need a mild chineses variety or two for seasoning and adding to hot sauce.

Expanding. Lots of new stuff next year. 50+ varieties. Some old ones as well. Going to the ground for all my Chinese. Shooting for quality as well as quantity.
