Found Scorpion Butch T plants at local hardware store!

Went to the local hardware store on an unrelated mission and found the world's second hottest chilli right there for the taking for 6 bucks! Is there any special potting mix or food required to grow these peppers as hot as they can be, or can I just plant them in a pot of potting mix and give them the occasional plant "food" and regular watering?
 
Not experienced in chilli growing so looking for a few tips
 

be sure to add 1/3 perlite to your mix.  how old is the plant . low  10 - 10 - 10 will wok as directed . leave plant on dry side some .
