Open Fermentation VIdeo

Hey, thanks for the link Voodoo.  I just brewed a porter this week and did an open fermentation on it.  I'll be curious to see how it turns out and if a bit more of the yeast esters will show through despite the heavier grain profile.  The fermentation smells great. Not way different than normal, but it seems to have a sweeter quality to it.
