5 liter oak barrel

I'm considering getting one of these to try and flavor a sauce thats been fermented prior to bottling the sauce. What do you guys think ?
 
I can also use it for a non fermented sauce as well.

Sounds like a great idea. I have thought about doing something similar.
 
Looks like a really cool idea but how would you get all of your mash out of there? You would have to blend it down pretty thin to get most of it to pour out the spigot.
I wonder if there are barrels with removable/resealable tops.

i would blend it prior to puttting the sauce in the barrel

They are a vinegar barrels with larger opening lids.
The ones I use now are 20 Liter glass with larger lids.
