I don't know about no video review but i'll post my thoughts on it once I do try some. Having pulled pork for dinner tomorrow. I'll try a little on it then.

Initial impression is a smell similar to valenti's  hot sauce. Hints of maple and a sweetness come through but very subtle. Smokey and rich.

Taste is similar to valenti as well but smoother and better tasting. Hints of the maple come through but not detracting from the hot sauce.

drizzled some on pulled pork.

havarti, why not

sauce is mild enough you can use liberally, honestly with the rich, smokiness of the sauce it's very reminiscent of a good spicy bbq sauce you get at smoke houses.

Mixed well with some sweet baby rays and as a stand alone

I can't picture using it on taco.. seems like it would pair  well with redmeat maybe even a hearty soup or beef stew.

Yes, would be really good on fried chicken... maybe even an alternative to hot wings though lacking that vinegar you would associate like with franks

Yep, definitely sounds like a rich, sticky barbecue sort for the darker meats but with maybe a little more heat. Honestly, it does sound pretty good.

When I think of BBQ sauce I think of the lighter meats like chicken and pork.
