Spent waaaay too much at the grocery store. Did grab this to try though

Initial impression is a smell similar to valenti's  hot sauce. Hints of maple and a sweetness come through but very subtle. Smokey and rich.

Taste is similar to valenti as well but smoother and better tasting. Hints of the maple come through but not detracting from the hot sauce. 
 
drizzled some on pulled pork.

sauce is mild enough you can use liberally, honestly with the rich, smokiness of the sauce it's very reminiscent of a good spicy bbq sauce you get at smoke houses.

When I think of BBQ sauce I think of the lighter meats like chicken and pork.
