I am a second year grower and finally starting to wonder what to do with all of these peppers. I started growing datil peppers since I am close to St. Augustine but have added habanero, jalapeno, cayenne, and reapers. I am mainly interested in learning the basics on making homemade hot sauce and looking forward to learning from this site.
