I cannot take all the credit, I just watch over the plants, and give them a little water and fertilizer. I believe most of the success I enjoy is due to quality seed and good weather.

Generally, I make flakes rather than powder, but yes, I do have quite a bit.
 
I give some away to friends, use a little myself for cooking, making hot sauces, adding to store-bought salsa, or sprinkling on pizza.
 
I am considering selling some, but I am not ready to get 'into the business' yet.
