Someone's been BUSY! Looking great in here buddy!
Thanks, Rich.  Things have been happening fast the
past week as far as ripening up goes.

I've got some Habaneros and Scorpions
in the cold smoker as we speak.

  Heading to the NWCF tomorrow morning   :woohoo:
Should have a gob of ripe pods when I get back Sunday!

Have fun, Paul! I wish I lived closer; I'd be there in a heartbeat! Let me know what you think of the sauces! ;)

Have fun, bro!
Can't wait to try them, Mike!
Wish you could join us. Maybe some day!

Thanks, Dennis. If I want a good tongue burn all
I have to do is lick the chopping board!

Hope everything is good in East Yorkshire!

Thanks, bro! The near 100 degree days
are kicking the pods into ripe mode! The
JA Red Habaneros are one of my favorites.

Good eye, Eric! I didn't want to use just any old quarter!

First frost - that's not cool!
Well, I guess it actually is cool.
Too cool Good you can bring them in for some protection.

I'll get that recipe, brother.
Just one of my serial senior moments!

Woke up to a dusting of ashes from the Chetco Bar fire
In Southern Oregon in our neck o' the woods:

Ashes from the nearby fires definitely suck. [emoji53] At least it' s not volcanic ash this time...

Nice Paul... What a difference a week away can make, eh?
Glad you had a good time at the northwest chile fest. We have one here this weekend too.

Unfortunately I didn't make the signup deadline so I won't be able to enter my own sauces, but maybe next year.

I like the Peppers only chopping board!

Thanks, Rick and Jacques!  A cool wet week in the
forecast - ripening will slow down considerably.

Looks like you've had a good season there Paul ;)

Love the pod pics! It may have started off slow, but it came back nicely :P

Some really good looking stuff, Paul! As the season shortens I find myself away from work more and more and in that garden looking for what you've been picking. We're taking in bumper crops of everything else, hoping our pepper haul looks like those above....

Rain started today. Forecast is for 2" over 4 days.
Badly need all over this general area, so won't complain.

Going to post some pics I've taken over the past few days,
will add captions later and respond to your posts - thanks
for visiting, my friends!.
