Man your plants look amazing! Just now getting caught up on your grow. Interested to see how you like the Cereja da Amapa. I never seen anyone else growing it, thought it was a beautiful plant last year. Made it to my grow every year list. It has great ornamental value, and I thought the fruit had a very good flavor with decent mediumish level heat.

From google they kind of resemble cgn-21500. So far it's been a pretty slow grower for me.

I made a potentially fatal mistake for my beds. Several weeks ago I sprayed some the mulch areas with roundup pro. Then yesterday without thinking I scooped up some of the more broken down composted mulch into the beds and tilled it in. It wasn't until I was done and putting the tiller away that I seen the weed sprayer and it reminded me of what I had done.

The mix was from last year so it was old and potentially weak. It did kill most of what was sprayed with it though. From what I read online it's supposed to breakdown in soil fairly quickly but also says it can have a half life of 2-197 days. That's a wide range. Only thing I can think to do is plant a tester in one the beds that got the most mulch and see what happens. I'm assuming at worst i'll have slightly deformed growth initially.

Thanks! Greenhouse really paying for itself this year. I'm tempted to removed the shade cloth to help with some the stretching but then again they are going to get planted out pretty soon. Should probably start bringing them out into full sun when ever possible.

i removed mine about 2 weeks ago , the way the weather has been , were on schedule to plant 3rd. week   of may this year . weather is exactly as last year .

Looking very nice here Michael. Understand the concern on some of your stretched out plants but I bet they toughen up quick once they get some breeze. The extra length may pay off actually

Damn on the roundup! I'm betting they'll be OK but down with monsanto

Most of them got pretty decent stems on them. I got an oscillating tower fan goin in the greenhouse. The only one that my have problems is the C. Exmium:

I feel ya on monsanto. Only reason we even have the round up is the grounds keeper at my wifes school gave her two large jugs years ago when the school made him get rid of it. It's pretty darn effective though. I spray the fence lines because we to lazy to weedwack

Interesting. The first pods to appear, two out of one node is a trait I've seen many many times in my goatsweed

Keep up the great work Mike
