Uses for Piri-piri vinegar

I often buy Piri-piri in small jars. I was wondering if I can find some good use for the salty vinegar water that they are in.

It does have a nice heat. I don't really use vinegar in my cooking, except maybe rice vinegar in sushi.
What type of sauce would you recommend? Thin Tabasco-like?

My go to use for such things is with a nice oil as salad dressing but dragonsfire raises a good point. Chilli vinegar will definitely add a little zing to your sweet and sour.

The "hot sauce" of peppers in vinegar with a tiny drip lid so you just get the vinegar is very Southern, and used for greens (collards etc.), or over anything savory on the plate.

Use as the vinegar in any Italian Salad Dressing recipe, preferably a recipe with some herbs, garlic, EVOO, and the added kick from the peppers that were in the original bottle.

Also like the idea of adding other veggies to the brine and adding to a stir fry.  Have Fun!!!

Hot vinegar is also very tasty on cucumber and onion salad. Little salt, (sugar optional), a little vinegar and let the salad rest a few minutes or overnight.

A quick pickle.

Yeah, i love cuke and onion salad. I weep mine for a few minutes and pitch the liquid. Add vinegar and let it rest over night. I do something similar with cabbage and carrot shreds too but i make a hot sweet brine with ginger and sugar. Add the hot brine to the salted cabbage. Once its cool enough toss it in the fridge. It will keep for weeks but its good enough to eat the next day.
