smokers Smoked Salmon in a Bradley Digital electric Smoker

I have had my Bradley smoker for about 5 years now, and I have done Salmon, jerky, ribs , roasts(beef, lamb, pork)

I've read a lot of bad reviews, but I've had nothing but good experiences with it.

With the digital one you can fine tune your temps. I did that batch at 140 for 4 hours with a maple smoke. Had a couple of larger filets in there too but they got pulled out earlier. The wife likes her's more toward the lox and I prefer the Indian candy, so I pull out the filets after 2 hours.
