Today launches The Pacific Northwest GLOG 2017, geared towards growers from the following regions:
  • Oregon
  • Washington
  • Alaska
  • Northern California
  • Idaho
  • Montana
  • Wyoming
  • British Columbia
Lets hope for a great grow season up here!

Feel free to post any info about peppers growing (or not) in the PNW region (or not)

all my plants are covered in ash because some dickhead kid thought it would be fun to light off fireworks in the woods even though it hasn't rained in like 70 days. Whole cities being evacuated...Bonneville Dam at risk. Countless resources expended, firefighter lives at risk, homes lost...etc. A nightmare

Yep, a disaster in my backyard. I'm in Sandy and ash and smoke are thick. Peppers don't seem to mind. (Fidalga Roxa, peach ghost, bhutlah or jigsaw)

Brainstrain...the first year I grew these they were yellow. Now they are orange. I think they crossed with one of my red superhots from two seasons ago. Awesome looking peppers. Definitely growing them again.

Haha, yeah they definitely crossed with something. Maybe a 7-pot or scorpion. Cool looking pods! Still waiting for mine to color.

That is a big load of lemon drops, what are your going to do with it  :D.

Thanks for sharing the progress of your grow season.

To update on the Aji Amarillos. I pulled like 12 that should a little bit of orange color and after a week on the kitchen counter they all ripened to the deep orange amarillo color. There are quite a few more out there so I'll do before and after pics
