I'm glad Chuck said something about the rainwater in Colorado, as I thought I heard that years ago. Being in Michigan that blows my mind. And it seems like people saving rainwater are more likely to be environmentally conscious. I'm not sure why you'd target them
I don't think it's the Feds Andy, it's special interest groups at the state level trying to "protect" their inherited or purchased 19th century water rights through their buddies on the state legislature.

That makes sense.
Sometimes I'll tell people around here, there's a ruling class... and we're not in it.

It's too bad, because a good gardener who is collecting rain water is doing more to help the land and recharge the water than hurt it.

They'll have to come and take my barrels before i quit collecting rain water ! In my eyes i have just as much right to it , and it falls on my property . They don't want nothing to do with it when it damages ones property .        :shame:

I might have missed it from earlier, but what wattage of LED grow lights are you using and how high above the plants are they?  I had trouble with my LED's burning my plants, and yours look like they are doing great.
Their 410 true watt , 192 reflector l.e.d.s. I have 2 of those and a Lotus cfl for the youngest plants . I keep them around 30 " above them .
