Anyone growing dendrobium orchids?

Used to, but they dont like my place, ive spent too much money over the years (over $500).
Phalaenopsis is the main one I tried but still only lasted 6 months.

wow >$500. your phalaenopsis is beautiful. I also love phalaenopsis, rhynchostylis gigantea, paphiopedilum, gammatophyllum, oncidium, cattleya and wanda too

There are a lot more but the next one is my favorite coz it's mutant and it can't be duplicated by tissue culture.

I have four Dendrobiums. I was given them as a challenge by the greenhouse owner though, so they're way, way, way too little to be producing flowers. Three of them are on three canes and about eight inches tall, and the fourth is two canes and about three inches tall. I grow Calopogon, Aerangis, and Bulbophyllum a lot better.
