144 F for 45 minutes.

 

This came out perfect! The consistency and taste was buttery, and it came out just a tiny drop flaky, but not enough to fall apart. A delicious meal, served with green beans and olives.

This looks awesome, I love branzino. I actually just pulle my Joule out for the first time and put in a chuck tender to make roast beef for sandwiches. I came here looking for ideas and glad I saw this!
